Join us for a deep dive into sound and movement.
Through gentle, beginner-friendly movement, breath, and immersive sound, you’ll be guided into a calmer, more grounded state.
This experience invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body.
Guided by restorative yoga, you’ll release tension and tune into your body’s natural rhythms. From here, you’ll transition into an immersive sound bath using crystal bowls to calm your mind and support deep relaxation.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, depleted, or in need of space to rest, this is an invitation to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
About Your Facilitator
Tasha is a somatic therapist and counsellor with a background in psychology, movement, and trauma-informed care. With over 15 years of experience in dance and training across yoga, somatic practices, and sound healing, she integrates body-based healing with therapeutic support.
She has worked in the domestic and family violence space and creates safe, grounded environments where you can release tension, reconnect with your body, and feel supported.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Psychology (Hons), Master of Counselling, 200hr Yoga Teacher Certification, 50hr Therapeutic Somatic Yoga, Sound Healing Certification, Divine Feminine Facilitator, Suicide Risk Assessment Training, Breathwork and Mindfulness Meditation, and other ongoing certifications.
