This is for you if…
Your mind feels busy, your body feels tense, or you’re simply ready for a quiet evening, you’re welcome here.
No experience needed. Nothing to perform. Just gentle guidance and time to rest.
What to Expect
Gentle movement
We’ll begin with some slow, simple movements to help you shift out of the day and get comfortable in the room.
Everything is suitable for beginners, and you’re welcome to adjust a movement, pause or rest at any time. You don’t need to be flexible, fit or experienced in yoga.
We will hold positions and let go of tension held in the body.
Sound immersion
From there, you’ll lie down fully supported as crystal bowls fill the room.
The sound gives your mind somewhere to rest and your body something to feel — helping you settle, soften, and move into a deeper state of stillness.
You leave feeling quieter, lighter, and more grounded.
Yoga mats, blankets, blocks, and cushions are provided. You’re welcome to bring your own mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask, water bottle, or anything that helps you feel warm and comfortable.
